At Lesson Adventures, we believe music lessons should be engaging, encouraging, and life-changing. We are a growing music studio specializing in convenient, high-quality In-Home Music Lessons for busy families throughout Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs, and Western Wake County, NC.

Teaching With Lesson Adventures
Our instructors travel to students’ homes to teach weekly private lessons. We are looking for teachers who enjoy building meaningful connections with students and creating positive, motivating lesson experiences.
Lessons are personalized to each student’s goals, learning style, and skill level. We encourage instructors to bring creativity into their teaching through interactive learning tools, games, activities, and engaging lesson strategies that make students excited to learn and play music.
Most teaching hours take place during after-school and evening hours, with some weekend availability opportunities.
Qualifications
While every candidate is unique, ideal applicants typically have:
- Experience teaching piano, guitar, and/or voice
- 1–2+ years of teaching experience preferred
- Music degree, certification, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of music fundamentals and technique
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Western Wake County
- Availability during after-school and/or weekend hours
- Ability to commit to a consistent weekly teaching schedule
- A professional, positive, and dependable attitude
- Ability to pass a background check
Teaching multiple instruments is a plus.
